You can view our old CDMA website here:
www.maxoncdma.com.au
It includes all the support and drivers for our Australian CDMA and radio product.
13/02/07Important note regarding Beta driver.
The driver in it’s current state connects to the telstra.internet APN. If you are on a PcPack plan (hourly based) you will be charged at the PAYG rate, which is charged per KB.
Please be aware of this when using the Telstra Turbo Modem on Mac OS. We are working urgently on providing other connection options.
09/02/07Apple MAC Telstra Turbo Modem Drivers
Beta Version of Telstra Turbo Modem drivers for Apple MAC is available; the Final version will be available by 15/02/2007
Please note that these are only Drivers.
The user interface software for MAC will be ready by mid February 2007
These drivers will only work for Telstra Turbo Modem. Do not use for BigPond product.
You must disable PIN request on the USIM card before this will work. Do this by putting the USIM card into a mobile phone, and disabling the PIN request through your phone.
Following some concerns that were raised, please not the following about the driver:
When it connects, it connects using the telstra.internet APN (rather than telstra.pcpack or telstra.datapack).
If you are on a PcPack plan (hourly based) you will be charged at the PAYG rate, which is charged per KB.
