Shipping
All goods ordered from Maxon Australia will be sent either via express post or through an appropriate courier. Shipping costs are automatically calculated per order.
Wherever possible, Maxon Australia will endeavour to ship orders received within 1 business day. However from time to time this may not be possible or certain items may be out of stock or otherwise unavailable. If the shipping time will exceed 5 business days for a particular item, Maxon Australia will contact the customer, providing the option of part shipment where applicable.
Returns Policy
Maxon Australia will provide a full refund for external anntena's purchased through our online store that are returned to us in saleable condition within 14 days from the date of invoice. Freight charges will not be refunded, and return freight is at the customer's expense. Maxon Australia reserves the right to refuse a refund if the antenna is deemed to not be in a saleable condition.
All Maxon Australia modems purchased online are not returnable. They are covered by a manufacturer warranty, and as such are replaceable if deemed to be damaged or otherwise non-functional within the scope of the warranty, however modems will not be accepted for return, nor will a refund be given.
